Clowning for children of all ages
After retiring from a thirty-seven year career, and my children and grandchildren living out of state, I had lots of time to attend seminars, workshops, conferences and camps to learn about this art from the heart.
After becoming the Boss Clown of Roanoke's First Baptist Church Joy Makers Clown Ministry, and investing more time and money, I decided to add a family entertainment business.
With encouragement from my best clown buddies, Gigit and Gemstone, the business became a reality. Snookums & Company was licensed January 2008 by the city of Salem, VA.
Now I can honestly say "I clown around in my retirement".
